What if you buy a ZYIA piece but you don’t love it? It shouldn’t be in your closet! Here’s how to activate the new ZYIA Active 90 day return & exchange policy for the Holidays:
What’s the policy?
You can send any purchase back for a refund or an exchange within 90 days with original packaging.
You must do this through your rep, so make sure you are budgeting in enough time for her to get back to you and still be within 90 days.
Please note that after January 5, 2021 the policy will return to normal, which is 30 days.
If you choose a refund, note a $2 restocking fee will be taken out of your refund amount. If you choose an exchange, you’ll get the credit of the full product amount. You don’t necessarily have to get the same item either!
What about return shipping?
The company policy is to honor returns and exchanges, but you’re on your own for shipping costs.
You may be blessed with a rep who, like me, covers this cost for you and saves you a trip to the post office by providing a prepaid label.
I email a label with your return address for you to print and put on the packaging you received the item in (pro tip: simply turn it inside out!).
It’s best to ask the rep his or her personal policy up front.
