Running has been with me through many seasons of life. When I was in college, it helped me explore new places. As a military spouse, running provides a connection to a community of like-minded individuals. Through motherhood, I’ve continued to enjoy running, including holding the World Guinness Record with my triplets! Running also provides a place for me time.
I started to lift to injury proof and improve my first love, running. After a decade of working in the corporate wellness and I know that simplicity counts. Less really is more. That’s why you will hear me talking about body weight exercises and kettlebells.
I am the mom of four kids, under 6. I have 4-year-old triplets as well as a kindergartner. As someone who struggled with infertility, I am enjoying this season of life. Yes- the days are crazy with sleeping less and more coffee, but I am blessed and grateful to be a mom.
